Q: Will your engineers come to our factory to install the machines?

A: Certainly! We will arrange at least two professional engineers to visit your factory for the installation process. Please note that a service fee will be charged, and the buyer is responsible for covering the expenses of round-trip air tickets, hotel accommodation, transportation, and meals.

Q: How can we reach your factory?

A: We will provide transportation for you from either Shanghai Pudong International Airport or Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport. Both airports are approximately one hour away from our company.

Q: Are the machines easy to operate?

A: Yes, our machines are designed for ease of operation. Additionally, we provide training materials, including instructional videos, to ensure a smooth learning process.
