(1) The relevant operators should wear labor protection equipment correctly before starting work to ensure their own safety.

(2) Before the equipment is started, some necessary lubrication work must be carried out, which is to inject lubricating oil into the lubrication points in the machine. In addition, some necessary inspections must be carried out to check whether there are any problems with the equipment, and if any, they should be dealt with in time.

(3) When the bronzing machine is working, irrelevant personnel cannot stay or watch around the equipment to prevent danger.

(4) Before bronzing, check whether the bronzing board is normal and tight.

(5) If the equipment is shut down for a long time, the main power supply of the equipment should be turned off.
