Q: What is the order and production process like?

A: We begin by thoroughly communicating with the customer to understand their requirements and tailor the most optimal machine configuration. Once the detailed technical proposal is confirmed, we proceed with signing the contract and commence production after receiving the advance payment. After production is completed, customers are welcome to visit our company for the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) to ensure compliance with specifications. Following the FAT acceptance, the machines are packaged and shipped to the customer's site. Our company dispatches engineers to the customer's location for installation and commissioning.

A: Yes, we actively participate in various Tobacco and Printing & Packaging exhibitions such as WT, Intertabac, Drupa, All in Print, CHINAPLAS, and more. We have booths at these exhibitions.
